As everything is custom made to order following your chosen specifications, a simple change of mind is unfortunately not grounds for a return or refund.
In the rare occurrence a product arrives damaged, we will repair or fully replace the item pending investigation. Any claim for damage or quality control is to be reported within 48 hours, along with documented photo evidence.
It is also important to note that lighting conditions in your home can greatly affect any viewing experience. As the photographer I have no control over glare, reflections, and / or other visual abnormalities cast as a result of hanging your bespoke artwork in a suboptimal display setting.
A common sense case by case basis will always prevail, so please don’t hesitate to contact if you have any concerns with your order whatsoever.
