All artwork is locally handmade to order by the professionals at Fitzgerald Photo Imaging in Perth, Western Australia. Everything is custom produced to your chosen specifications, for you.
Production times
Art production times generally run on the below schedule, although further delays can happen. As the photographer using a trusted third party printing service, I greatly appreciate your patience during these waiting periods.
Rolled prints / canvases 1-2 weeks
All other framed orders 2-4 weeks
If a specific deadline is required to be met, please make contact prior to placing an order. We always do our best to accommodate!
order collection
Once completed, framed print orders will receive a notification to collect their artwork from the helpful team at Fitzgerald Photo Imaging. The gallery showroom is located at 350 Fitzgerald St, North Perth, with opening hours between Tuesday and Friday being 9am-4pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, plus pick up available on Mondays by appointment. Please bring ID for order verification when collecting.
delivery information
Local customers requiring delivery of oversized framed pieces can have these couriered at modest rates. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch and discuss your needs.
For those ordering outside of the Perth metro area, we now offer free shipping worldwide on all rolled prints. These are posted in a rigid cardboard tube for quick and safe delivery, ensuring they can be neatly handed over to your local framer for bespoke display. Once shipped, rural WA and interstate customers should expect to receive their order within 5-7 days, whereas international postage can be between 2-4 weeks.
Please note: whilst no Australian sales taxes are added in checkout, international customers are responsible for any potential customs duties imposed by their own country on import.

returns policy
As everything is custom made to order following your chosen specifications, a simple change of mind is unfortunately not grounds for a return or refund.
In the rare occurrence a product arrives damaged, we will repair or fully replace the item pending investigation. Any claim for damage or quality control is to be reported within 48 hours, along with documented photo evidence.
It is also important to note that uncalibrated personal monitors and the range of lighting conditions in your home can greatly affect any final viewing experience. As the photographer I have no control over glare, reflections, and / or other visual abnormalities cast as a result of hanging your bespoke artwork in a suboptimal display setting.
A common sense case by case basis will always prevail, so please don’t hesitate to contact if you have any concerns with your order whatsoever.
